Founded in 1887, Plymouth Argaum is the oldest rugby club in the area and has provided rugby for all ages and abilities over the years. There is a wealth of information relating to the club including the excellent Centenary History written by David Dobell and available online for well over a decade.
Last season it was decided to set up the Argaum125 project in celebration of the club's 125th year of existence. The ambitious project is an attempt to gather information from past seasons, including press cuttings, photos and fixture cards which tell the story of a true community rugby club.
Selected articles from the club's history will be featured here on the Pitchero site and links to updates on the Argaum125 project posted in the forum.
